A complete, conservative approach to spinal and musculoskeletal health — combining traditional chiropractic with modern soft-tissue and decompression therapies.

Chiropractic Adjustments

A chiropractic adjustment is a precise, controlled movement applied to a joint — most often in the spine — to improve motion where it has become restricted. By restoring proper movement, adjustments help relieve pressure on surrounding nerves, reduce muscle tension and support the way the nervous system communicates with the rest of the body.

Adjustments are commonly used to ease back pain, neck pain, stiffness and certain types of headaches. Each correction is tailored to your body, your comfort and the findings of your assessment.

Myofascial Release

Fascia is the thin layer of connective tissue that wraps around muscles, nerves and bones throughout the body. When fascia becomes tight or develops adhesions, it can limit movement and create persistent pain. Myofascial release uses sustained, hands-on pressure to gently free these restrictions.

The goal is to release trigger points, improve circulation and restore flexibility — which can lead to better posture, easier movement and reduced discomfort.

Spinal Decompression

Spinal decompression is a non-invasive form of traction therapy. It gently stretches the spine to create more space between the vertebrae, which relieves pressure on the discs and nearby nerves. That added space encourages better circulation and nutrient flow into the discs, supporting the body's natural healing process.

This therapy is often considered for conditions such as herniated or bulging discs, sciatica and chronic lower back pain, as a conservative alternative to more invasive options.

Peripheral Nerve Treatment

Not all nerve irritation originates at the spine. Peripheral nerves — those that travel out into the arms, legs and other areas — can also become compressed or irritated, producing tingling, numbness, weakness or radiating pain. Treatment focuses on identifying and relieving the source of that irritation so the nerve can calm and recover.

Knee & Joint Traction

Decompression and traction techniques aren't limited to the spine. The same principles can be applied to joints such as the knee, gently reducing pressure within the joint to support comfort, mobility and healing. This is part of a broader, whole-body approach to relieving musculoskeletal strain.

Posture & Mobility Guidance

Lasting relief comes from more than in-office treatment. We provide practical guidance on posture, movement and everyday ergonomics — small, sustainable changes that help protect the progress you make and keep you moving comfortably between visits.
