Chiropractic Adjustments
Precise, controlled corrections that restore movement to restricted joints, ease pressure on nerves and improve how the spine functions.
Chiropractic & Spinal Wellness
Phan Wellness Center is a chiropractic practice focused on relieving back, neck and joint pain through gentle adjustments, hands-on soft-tissue work and modern spinal therapies — helping the body heal the way it was designed to.
Our Philosophy
Pain is usually a signal — a sign that something in the body's structure, movement or nervous system needs attention. Rather than masking discomfort, chiropractic care works to restore proper alignment and motion so the body can function and recover the way it should.
Every plan starts with listening: understanding how the pain started, how it affects daily life, and what a realistic path back to comfort looks like.
What We Offer
A complete approach to spinal and musculoskeletal health, combining traditional chiropractic with modern decompression and soft-tissue care.
Precise, controlled corrections that restore movement to restricted joints, ease pressure on nerves and improve how the spine functions.
Sustained, hands-on pressure that frees tight fascia and muscle, reducing trigger points and adhesions to improve flexibility and circulation.
Gentle, non-invasive traction that creates space between vertebrae to relieve pressure on discs and nerves — often used for sciatica and disc pain.
Targeted care that addresses irritated or compressed nerves beyond the spine, helping calm tingling, numbness and radiating pain.
Decompression-style therapy for the knee and other joints, reducing pressure and supporting better range of motion and healing.
Practical advice on movement, ergonomics and everyday habits so progress made in the office carries over into daily life.
