Listen first
Every plan begins with understanding your history, your pain and what you want to get back to doing.
A chiropractic practice built around a simple belief: the body has a remarkable ability to heal when its structure and movement are restored.
Our Story
Phan Wellness Center was founded on the idea that good health starts with how the body moves. When the spine and joints work the way they should, the nervous system communicates clearly, muscles relax, and pain often eases on its own.
The practice brings together traditional chiropractic adjustment with modern soft-tissue and decompression therapies. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, care is built around understanding the whole person — their history, their daily habits and their goals.
The result is conservative, drug-free care designed to help people move more comfortably and get back to the activities they enjoy.
The Practitioner
Dr. Gia-Hung Phan is a Doctor of Chiropractic with more than two decades of experience in spinal and musculoskeletal care. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, one of the country's longstanding chiropractic institutions.
His care philosophy centers on conservative, hands-on treatment — combining adjustments, myofascial release and decompression to address the root cause of pain rather than simply masking it.
What Guides Our Care
Every plan begins with understanding your history, your pain and what you want to get back to doing.
We look beyond the symptom to address the underlying structural or movement problem driving it.
Care is hands-on, drug-free and non-surgical — a gentle first line before more invasive options.
The goal isn't only relief today, but lasting improvement in how you move and feel over time.
You should understand what's happening in your body and why a particular approach is recommended.
Techniques and intensity are always matched to your comfort level and how your body responds.
Reach out with your questions — we're glad to explain how conservative care works and what a typical plan looks like.
